Understand the task
Consider the question, stated conditions and current conversation. Ask for more context when an important condition is missing.
Find relevant material
Use web research and connected official sources when needed. Not every answer needs every source or step.
Explain with boundaries
Preserve where information came from and explain what remains uncertain. An official source is useful only when it is relevant to the question.
Keep the next step open
Refine conditions through follow-up questions and return to source material before an important decision.
