1. Purpose

These Terms define the basic conditions for using SEONIK's startup information search, announcement detail pages, My SEONIK, saved information, execution status, checklists, personalized briefings, and related services.

2. Nature of the Service

SEONIK is a private information service that organizes publicly available startup support programs, competitions, education, networking, and related information. SEONIK is not an official government or public institution service.

3. Signup and Login

SEONIK provides Google OAuth login. Email/password signup is not provided. Required terms and privacy consent may be needed before using My SEONIK.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must not misuse the service, interfere with service operations, infringe others' rights, or violate applicable laws. Please avoid entering personal or sensitive information in the search box.

5. Information Verification

Information shown by SEONIK is organized from public source pages. Users must verify deadlines, eligibility, funding amounts, required documents, application methods, institution guidance, and final details on the original source before acting.

6. My SEONIK

My SEONIK is a personalized space that organizes what to check first based on executor profiles, recent exploration, saved information, execution status, and checklists. SEONIK does not guarantee selection, approval, eligibility, or benefit for any announcement.

7. AI Features

SEONIK may later use AI features in a limited way to help organize My SEONIK briefings. AI does not replace search results or search ranking. Public Search remains based on the existing SEONIK Search Engine. AI output is a reference aid for organizing information and does not guarantee eligibility, selection, legal, or financial outcomes. Users must verify important decisions against the original notice and institution guidance.

8. Privacy

Personal data processing follows the Privacy Policy. Google login information, required consent records, executor profiles, saved information, and usage records are processed only as needed to provide the service. If AI features later use minimized summary context, SEONIK does not send email, tokens, sessions, full announcement bodies, or full raw query history to AI as a principle.

9. Changes or Suspension

SEONIK may change or temporarily suspend service content, features, or operations. Important changes will be announced where reasonably possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

SEONIK does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information. Users are responsible for final decisions and original-source verification. SEONIK limits liability to the extent permitted by law.
