A deterministic flow connects natural-language conditions, dialogue state, official-information retrieval, Answer Plans, and Evidence without relying on an external LLM for core search.
I checked official startup information using those conditions. Four education records currently match. Items without a clearly confirmed target should be reviewed in the official notice.

Traditional search finds documents and returns a list. SEONIK turns a question into executable conditions, retrieves official information, and keeps the direct answer, information records, and sources in one flow.
People can continue with requests such as “remove workspace,” “change the region to Gyeonggi,” or “tell me more about the second result.” Earlier conditions remain, and only the requested field changes.

What SEONIK does not decide
SEONIK can organize and explain official information, but it does not guarantee program selection, investment, loan approval, legal compliance, tax outcomes, or business success.
When an official notice does not provide enough information, SEONIK indicates that further confirmation is needed.
The current product is not a general-purpose adviser or long-term personal assistant.
Research should not require unnecessary personal records.
SEONIK can currently be used without signing in.
Research questions are not stored as a user profile or long-term search history, and Research remains available when Analytics is declined.
The current conversation is retained only within the active browser flow.
